You’ll work with experienced Building Surveyors on commercial and residential projects, gaining exposure from condition surveys to technical reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Building Surveying, Construction or related discipline.
• Around 2–6 years' industry experience.
• Experience in consultancy or construction sector beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building condition surveys and technical inspections.
• Perform defect investigations and reporting.
• Assess commercial and residential properties.
• Carry out dilapidation and pre-purchase surveys.
• Liaise with clients and provide technical advice.
