Job summary

Junior to Intermediate Building Surveyor required in Auckland to join a well-established consultancy with a strong pipeline of projects.

You’ll work with experienced Building Surveyors on a wide range of commercial and residential developments, gaining exposure to condition surveys, defect investigations and technical reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Building Surveying, Construction or a related discipline.
• Around 2–6 years' industry experience.
• Experience within consultancy or the wider construction sector.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
