Job summary

Blackthorn Talent Acquisition is seeking an ambitious Intermediate Accountant to join a growing Christchurch team. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will work with a diverse portfolio of clients and become a trusted advisor, extending beyond pure compliance to practical business guidance.

In this role you will prepare GST returns, payroll, income tax, and financial statements, while supporting proactive tax planning and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Solid understanding of business taxation (GST, PAYG)
