Job summary

Halter seeks a highly motivated Junior Fleet Operations Engineer to join the Fleet Operations team. You will monitor fleet performance, triage issues, and coordinate resolutions, while also designing internal tooling, dashboards, automations, and improved workflows to enable global scaling.

This role blends hardware operations with software tooling and customer impact. You will collaborate with Fleet Engineers, Product, Deployment, Customer Experience, and Software teams to improve detection,

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to break down ambiguous problems.
• Confidence with systems, dashboards, logs, APIs, and data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet performance and provide operational support.
• Triage issues, run tickets, and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Build and improve internal tooling, dashboards, and automation for scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Deployment, Customer Experience, and Software teams.
