Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Assistant Valuer to join our Wellington Commercial Valuation & Advisory Services team. The role suits a recent Property graduate or a final-year student nearing completion, with mentoring to support growth toward registration.

You will work on a range of commercial valuations in the Wellington market, gaining hands-on experience in inspections, market research, and valuation reporting, while building client relations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed NZIV-approved Property degree.
• Finance minor or major is advantageous.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property inspections and data collection.
• Support valuation activities such as market research and lease analysis.
• Help prepare valuation reports and build client relationships.
• Develop skills in valuation modelling and report writing.
• Learn under mentoring valuation professionals.
