Qualifications

• NZ or AUS Registered Residential Valuer with NZ license.
• Experience valuing residential property in NZ or Australia.
• Strong research and data management skills.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Undertake residential valuations across Tauranga and surrounding areas with flexible working locations.
• Engage in VOS instructions, private client engagements and specialized residential sectors.
• Leverage reporting software to streamline valuation reporting.
• Collaborate with a high-performing national team.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of work and provide accurate valuations.
