Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Manager with a strong legal background to support operations in Queenstown through a hybrid work model. You will oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and management, ensuring legal compliance and minimizing risk.

Collaborating with legal counsel and business units, you will maintain a central repository, identify risks, and advise on contract implications to protect company interests.

Qualifications

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification required.
• 3-5 years in contract management or corporate law focusing on contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law, risk management and negotiation.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including service, NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Manage contract lifecycle and ensure terms are met by all parties.
• Maintain central repository and accessible contract records.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and advise stakeholders.
• Liaise with legal counsel and business units to resolve disputes.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.

• Proficiency in contract management software and legal documentation tools.
