About the opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a specialist law firm as they search for their next Corporate and Commercial Associate. As a leading mid‑sized firm based in the CBD, my client offers a broad scope of services across the Commercial and Property space, delivering top‑level work.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with one of the firm's highly skilled Partners across a range of Corporate and Commercial matters, including business sales and acquisitions, corporate governance and structuring, joint ventures, capital raising and commercial contracting. Known for its vibrant culture and strong staff retention, my client offers a highly collaborative and collegial environment across the firm.

This role would suit a capable and experienced Associate who enjoys taking ownership of their work and being involved in high‑profile matters.
