• Lead the successful delivery of civil construction and land development projects
• Develop and manage project programmes to meet milestones and deadlines
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams
• Manage project budgets, claims, forecasting and financial performance
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet health, safety, environmental and quality requirements
• Manage contracts, variations and project reporting
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Foster a positive team culture focused on safety, quality and delivery
