Job summary

Utility Fleet Vehicles in Mount Maunganui is seeking a Junior Business Process & AI Analyst to help improve processes, systems and data usage across our organisation. You will map workflows, investigate issues and deliver practical improvements under the Director of Business Systems.

You will work with ERP and other business systems, analyse data, create dashboards in Power BI, and explore AI-driven opportunities to boost productivity. A few years in a related role is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution or a similar operational environment.
• Practical exposure to ERP or other business systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working with data and Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
• An ability to understand, document and improve business processes.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working across different areas of a business.
• A relevant qualification in business, IT, engineering, data analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Copilot, process mapping, continuous improvement or data analysis would be an advantage!
