Job summary

Craigs Investment Partners is seeking a proactive AI Business Analyst to identify AI opportunities across the business, prioritise use cases, and design future-state processes. You will work with AI Engineers to prototype, test and move solutions into production while ensuring measurable business value.

The role reports to the Head of Digital, Data and AI and is based in Tauranga, NZ, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and change activities to enable adoption and benefits tracking.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement or related role.
• Experience capturing requirements, developing business cases and documenting workflows.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication across audiences.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and delivering training or change activities.
• Exposure to AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Commitment to quality, testing, documentation and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Craigs teams to discover and assess AI opportunities.
• Maintain a structured use case register and prioritise opportunities.
• Map current processes and design future-state workflows with AI capabilities.
• Partner with AI Engineers to support prototyping, define criteria and test.
• Present demonstrations and production-readiness recommendations to leaders.
• Develop training and communication materials for end-user adoption.
• Define success measures and track benefits after deployment.
