Job summary

Electric Kiwi in Auckland is seeking an Operations Analyst to deepen expertise across our processes, understand edge cases, and uncover the why behind how things work.

You will monitor processes, identify issues, and translate realities into inputs for delivery while collaborating with Product, Technology and Service teams to drive end-to-end improvements, including AI-powered tooling. Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operational, business analysis, or process-driven programmes of work
• Strong stakeholder engagement across teams to influence outcomes
• Analytical and detail-oriented with data, exceptions, and evidence-based recommendations
• Comfortable engaging with technology teams and translating business language for technical discussions
• Project coordination across work streams with dependencies and delivery
• Experience navigating regulated environments with compliance obligations
• Bonus: experience in energy, utilities, or telco

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise across our operational processes—understand the detail, edge cases, and the why behind how things work
• Monitor and assess operational processes, proactively identifying issues and building solutions that prevent customer or business impact
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Service teams to contribute to platform delivery—gather requirements, join scoping sessions, and translate operational realities into inputs for Technology teams
• Coordinate operational projects end-to-end—manage dependencies, keep stakeholders informed, and drive delivery to completion
• Engage with stakeholders across the business—represent Operations in cross-functional forums and build relationships to speed delivery
• Champion AI-powered tools, automation, and new ways of working across our operations
• Ensure compliance obligations are met across your area of responsibility with robust monitoring of risks
