Tiffany & Co. Auckland is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will handle customer service related to repairs, servicing orders, stock availability, and post-sale inquiries while also performing core operations duties such as shipping and replenishment to maximise sales opportunities. We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of retail stock management or inventory control experience, ideally in jewelry.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years sales experience in retail stock management/inventory control, preferably in jewelry.
• Solid attention to detail and problem-solving with multi-tasking to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse client base.

Aufgaben

• Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory management.
• Ensure repair and service orders are managed and completed following process guidelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with high-quality resolutions.
• Apply consultative selling and product knowledge to develop client relationships.
• Provide high-standard customer follow-up to support ongoing relationships.
