Job summary

WSP Wellington is seeking an IT Onsite Support Specialist to deliver effective IT services at the Wellington office and regional sites. You will handle incidents, support end-user devices and Microsoft 365, and ensure meeting room technologies remain operational.

You will work with local, regional and global IT teams to maintain a secure, positive user experience while adhering to ITIL practices and standard processes.

Qualifications

• Qualification in a computing discipline and/or a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an IT support function.
• Enthusiastic about IT service delivery and delivering a high-quality end-user experience.
• Knowledge of end-user computing technologies, networking basics, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and Microsoft 365.
• Deliver client-focused support with clear communication and timely resolution.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle activities.
• Maintain onsite IT services and support meeting room technologies.
• Coordinate with global IT teams and resolve incidents using ServiceNow.
