Job summary

Eil Global is seeking on-site dispatch IT engineers in Auckland, New Zealand, for freelance/part-time/casual roles. Engineers will handle DC support, racking and stacking, and implementation plus configuration tasks across networks, servers, and desktops.

A 16/7 SLA applies, with on-call coverage during business hours and some out-of-hours work for P1/P2/P3 tickets. Selected candidates will undergo BGV prior to onboarding, followed by monthly online training during site visits or remotely.

We are Eil Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions

Site Locations: 48 Shortland Street, Auckland

Mode: Dispatch - On call ticket based/Freelance/Part time/Casual Basis

Engineers should be skilled in:

• DC support
• Racking & Stacking
• Implementation and Configuration
• SLA : 16/7, NBD (Onboarded engineers should be available during business hours and out of business hours to attend P1,P2,P3 tickets, Mon-Saturday)

Each onboarded tech will undergo BGV done by the customer, once the BGV is initiated, engineer to make sure he/she remains for a minimum period of 6 months

Once the engineers are onboarded:

There will be online training every month to be completed during site visit/remotely. BGV verification will be there
