DTSL is seeking an enthusiastic IT Tech in New Zealand to look after customer IT environments including PCs, laptops, printers, and ATMs. You’ll fix issues on-site, remotely or in our workshop, and assist with installations and IT projects while building strong relationships with users at all levels.
Applicants should have an IT qualification or 2+ years hands-on experience, hardware know-how with major brands, and Windows/Microsoft 365 proficiency. A NZ driver’s licence and vehicle are required.

Windows & cloud skills: Familiar with Windows, Microsoft X365, and basic cloud environments.
Customer-first approach: Friendly, professional, and great at turning problems into solutions.
Self-starter attitude: You’re resourceful, think ahead, and know when to escape.
Resilience & adaptability: You can thrive under pressure and take on any challenge.
Bonus if you have: Repair certifications (e.g. HP, Dell, Lenovo, ATM-specific).
