Job summary

Advanced Group NZ – East Tamaki, North Island, is seeking an ISO Management Systems Specialist to develop, implement and maintain ISO management systems with a focus on our cloud-based platform. This part-time role offers flexible hours, with approximately 20–25 hours per week.

You will ensure ISO standards are integrated into the cloud system, monitor compliance, and support audits and staff training to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• General understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or other relevant ISO standards.
• Proven experience with system documentation, process management, and version control.
• Strong technical proficiency in cloud platforms and an understanding of ISO compliance.
• Excellent communication, training, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain ISO management systems within a cloud-based environment.
• Ensure continuous system optimization, performance monitoring, and compliance.
• Support internal and external audits, provide documentation, and recommend system improvements.
• Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for internal users to ensure ISO compliance.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to help staff effectively use the cloud-based system.
• Act as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries across the business.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align system functionalities with business objectives and compliance requirements.
