Job summary

Smooth Air Products in Middleton, South Island (part of the ELTA Group) is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage stock, process orders, transfers and credits, investigate discrepancies and support procurement.

You will work with a proven team, require warehouse experience, strong accuracy, and the ability to plan, prioritise and stay calm under pressure. Positive attitude and initiative are essential.

• Warehouse experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Day to day stock management including orders, transfers and credits.
• Investigating and correcting stock discrepancies.
• Product warranty claims.
• Assisting our national procurement manager.
• Resolving product issues.
• Buy-in with our ethos of continual improvement.
• General support to all functions of the business as required.
