Job summary

NXP is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for its East Tamaki/Highbrook Warehouse to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies. The role runs 8 am–4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, focusing on investigations, stock movements, and orderly write-offs as needed.

You will use SAP with Word and Excel to monitor stock, support continuous improvement, and help ensure efficient picking. A proactive, detail-oriented candidate with physical stamina will fit in well.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with an understanding of inventory concepts.
• Skills in Word & Excel with SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete investigations, expired stock rotations/checks, damaged stock processes & customer returns.
• Ensure stock is located correctly & assist with reducing stock shrinkage.
• Manage investigation findings & document supporting details ready for write off approval.
• Monitor abnormal stock movements in SAP.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects including stock relocation & labelling for picking efficiencies.
