Job summary

Motion Asia Pacific is seeking an Internal Sales Representative in New Zealand to manage customer enquiries and orders, building long-term relationships across the branch network. The role combines internal sales, customer service, and some warehouse duties, reporting to the Branch Manager.

You will provide product support, handle front-counter inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and work with the broader Motion network to meet customer needs on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, internal sales or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, reliable and proactive approach to work.
• Strong time-management, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to assist with occasional manual handling up to 5kg.

About the role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, managing enquiries and orders while building strong, long-term relationships. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines internal sales, customer service, branch support and occasional warehouse duties. You will work closely with the Branch Manager, sales team and wider Motion network to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and on time.
