An established Auckland law firm is seeking an experienced Solicior with 4+ years' PQE in Relationship Property. You will manage matters end-to-end, work directly with clients and contribute to a collaborative team environment in a suburban setting where quality work meets balanced lifestyle.
You’ll handle relationship property matters, advise on separation and property division, and draft related agreements, with opportunity to broaden general practice interests.
Looking for a role where you can take ownership of your work, build strong client relationships and enjoy a better balance without compromising on the quality of your legal practice?
My client is an established Auckland law firm looking to welcome an experienced Solicitor to its growing team, with a particular focus on Relationship Property.
This is an opportunity to join a friendly and experienced practice with a well-established client base and a consistent flow of quality work. While Relationship Property will be your primary focus, there is also scope to work across other areas of general practice, depending on your interests and experience.
You’ll have the autonomy to manage matters from initial instruction through to completion, work directly with clients and become an important part of a close-knit team of lawyers and support professionals.
Offering the best of both worlds, this role combines the variety and quality of work you’d expect from an established practice with the convenience and lifestyle benefits of a suburban location.
To be considered for this role, you will be a NZ admitted solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE and solid experience in Relationship Property.
You’ll be confident managing your own files, providing practical legal advice and dealing directly with clients throughout the life of a matter. Strong technical knowledge of relationship property law, excellent drafting skills and attention to detail are essential.
Experience across general practice would be advantageous, although the firm is open to tailoring the broader workload around your experience and interests.
You’ll be personable, commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
People enjoy working here because it's a genuinely approachable and supportive environment. You'll be part of an experienced team where collaboration, professional relationships and quality client service are valued. There is a strong sense of community without the formality of a large corporate practice.
An established Auckland law firm with a strong community presence and a diverse client base. The practice provides a broad range of legal services to individuals, families and businesses, combining traditional client relationships with a modern approach to delivering legal services.
