Fluid Recruitment is helping a well-established Hawke’s Bay firm recruit a Senior Solicitor or Associate for its Commercial and Property practice. The role covers leasing and sub-leasing, property developments and transactions, commercial matters and business advisory, with offices in Hastings and Havelock North.

You will build strong client relationships, contribute to growth, and mentor junior lawyers in a collaborative environment that values quality work and staff development.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years PQE in Commercial and/or Property law.

About the Opportunity

This role is within the firm's highly respected Commercial and Property practice, working alongside a team of strong and passionate lawyers who are proud of the high-quality work they do for their exceptional client base. This role is across both the Hastings and Havelock North offices. The successful candidate will work across matters such as leasing's and sub-leasing's, property developments and transactions, commercial matters and business advisory.

You’ll play an important part in business and client growth, whilst helping to facilitate in the support of junior team members.

About you

This opportunity is open to 4+ year PQE candidates with a strong background in Commercial and / or Property law. Those at a higher PQE level are encouraged to apply also. The successful candidate will also have a collaborative approach when working with both clients and colleagues. You’ll also be confident in building these relationships with clients. Additionally, you’ll have an aptitude for mentoring junior staff and be driven to grow in your career.
