Fluid Recruitment is assisting a Canterbury law firm to find a Property Legal Executive with 2+ years’ experience. You will manage residential conveyancing and related property matters from instruction to settlement, working with a supportive team and a loyal client base.

Exposure to subdivisions, refinancing, and general property transactions is expected, with autonomy balanced by collaboration and strong client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Legal Executive in private practice.
• Strong residential conveyancing and general property matter experience.
• NZILE qualification or working towards completion.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through settlement.

About the Role

This role will suit a property Legal Executive with at least 2+ years' experience who enjoys managing files from start to finish and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.
Working alongside a small yet highly regarded team, you will be involved in a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, with exposure to conveyancing, subdivisions, refinancing, and general property transactions. The role offers a good level of autonomy while still providing the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
