Job summary

An established Auckland law firm is seeking an experienced Solicior with 4+ years' PQE in Relationship Property. You will manage matters end-to-end, work directly with clients and contribute to a collaborative team environment in a suburban setting where quality work meets balanced lifestyle.

You’ll handle relationship property matters, advise on separation and property division, and draft related agreements, with opportunity to broaden general practice interests.

Qualifications

• NZ admitted solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE and solid experience in Relationship Property.
• Ability to manage own files, provide practical legal advice and direct client engagement.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship property matters independently
• Advise clients on separation and property division
• Draft contracting out and separation agreements
• Negotiate settlements and resolve property disputes
• Manage files from instruction through to completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist with wider general practice matters where appropriate
