Job summary

Fluid Recruitment presents an opportunity in Christchurch for a senior property lawyer. The successful candidate will have a strong start in property practice (3+ PQE) with solid technical training and the ability to work autonomously while mentoring junior staff.

There are prospects for handling subdivision work, commercial leasing and the full conveyancing cycle. You will also have scope to contribute across trusts and estates and participate in leadership discussions as the practice enters

About the Opportunity:

The successful candidate will have had an excellent start in their property practice (loosely 3+ PQE), with strong technical training under the belt.

The work you will have the chance to be involved with is the sale and purchase of commercial property, subdivision work, commercial leasing as well as the full conveyancing process.

You’ll also be capable of working autonomously and mentoring junior staff.

You will also have the opportunity to work across more some Trusts & Estate work, giving your skillset that extra edge!
