Job summary

Armitage Williams Construction – Christchurch, South Island is seeking an experienced Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Christchurch team. The role focuses on measurement, estimating, tendering and contract administration.

You will work on a range of commercial projects, contribute to cost control and reporting, manage procurement of subcontractors, and collaborate with a motivated team to deliver quality outcomes. NZ residency or valid NZ work visa required.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
