Fluid Construction is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our Christchurch team and contribute to a strong pipeline of commercial projects.

You’ll work with an experienced team across procurement, tendering, subcontract management, cost planning, reporting and final accounts, with clear pathways for career development. Applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of NZ Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience with main contractors.
• Commercial construction experience.
• Knowledge of NZ construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Procurement, tendering and subcontract management.
• Contract administration.
• Progress claims, variations and final accounts.
• Cost reporting and commercial support across multiple projects.
