Job summary

ZURU Edge is seeking an Intermediate Designer to craft design and content for Baby Vertical brands across digital, print, and in-store touchpoints. You will work under the Baby Design Lead and brand leads, delivering briefs with strong alignment to brand guidelines.

In the first 3–6 months, you’ll independently deliver social and digital assets, POS, and print collateral to spec, with minimal rework. By year one, you’ll lead larger projects and raise the visual language consistency across

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in a similar graphic design role.
• Graphic Design qualification from a tertiary-level institute or similar.
• Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing; illustration skills an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design & Content Creation: Create best-in-class design and content across digital, print, and in-store touchpoints, aligned with each Baby Vertical brand's visual identity, project objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Marketing Collateral: Design influencer boxes, POS, in-store displays, and print materials, ensuring all artwork meets technical specifications and brand guidelines.
• Digital & Social Assets: Develop social tiles, stories, eDMs, website modules, and digital ads, with motion graphics and animated content.
• Project Ownership: Take projects from concept to completion, flagging scope or brand risk early.
• Visual Consistency & Asset Management: Maintain a consistent visual language; organize assets; basic colour correction for images/videos.
• Collaboration: Work with senior designers, product managers, marketers, and the Design Project Manager.
• Craft Standards & Development: Share learnings, stay current on trends, and build 3D animation skills.
