Job summary

ZURU is seeking an Intermediate Designer to create design and content for the Baby Vertical across digital, print and in-store touchpoints, aligning with brand guidelines and visual identity. You’ll handle marketing collateral, social assets, motion content, and collaborate with leads to deliver design from concept to completion.

In 3–6 months you’ll deliver briefs independently for social and digital assets, POS and print collateral.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years' industry experience in a graphic design role.
• Graphic Design qualification from a tertiary-level institute or similar.
• Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing; illustration skills an added advantage.
• Demonstrated visual design craft across typography, colour, layout, and detail with a portfolio covering digital and print.

Responsibilities

• Design & Content Creation across digital, print, and in-store touchpoints, aligned with each Baby Vertical brand's visual identity, objectives and guidelines.
• Marketing Collateral: Design influencer boxes, POS, in-store displays, and print materials meeting specs and brand guidelines.
• Digital & Social Assets: Develop social tiles, stories, eDMs, website modules, and digital ads with motion graphics.
• Project Ownership: Take projects from concept to completion and flag scope or brand risks early.
• Visual Consistency & Asset Management: Maintain a consistent visual language and manage design files/assets.
• Collaboration: Work with senior designers, product managers, marketers, and the Design Project Manager to deliver strong design solutions.
• Craft Standards & Development: Share learnings, stay current on design trends, and grow skills in 3D animation and emerging tools.
