Job summary

ZURU is seeking a Senior Designer to bring its Pet brands to life across digital, print, motion, and in-store touchpoints. You will own design projects end-to-end, ensure brand consistency, and mentor junior designers while contributing fresh ideas to the team.

Lead creative development, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and stay ahead of design trends in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Auckland, NZ with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a senior design role with leadership experience.
• Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency and design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion across digital and print.
• Mentor intermediate and junior designers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop packaging, branding, and campaign assets with high quality and on-brand outputs.
• Produce prototypes, mockups, and design systems for stakeholder review.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables.
• Stay current with design trends and tools to drive innovation.
