Job summary

Hato Hone St John is seeking a hands-on Integration Engineer to design, build, and support end-to-end integrations across a wide range of systems and data sources. You'll work with business stakeholders, database administrators and solution developers to enable seamless data flow, automation, and improved business performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience delivering enterprise system integrations.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Kong or Microsoft AIS.
• Healthcare sector experience is preferred.

• Design and deliver end-to-end integration solutions meeting business needs.
• Develop, test, and support reliable integrations across systems.
• Work with APIs, databases, cloud services, queues, and flat files.
• Build and maintain data mappings and transformations for real-time and batch data.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise integrations for reliability and performance.
• Contribute to integration standards, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Integration Engineer to design, build, and support end-to-end integrations across a wide range of systems and data sources. Working closely with business stakeholders, database administrators and solution developers, you'll enable seamless data flow, automation, and improved business performance. You'll bring a platform-agnostic approach, working across APIs, databases, flat files, and both legacy and modern systems, while helping improve integration standards, documentation, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end integration solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop, test, and support reliable integrations across internal and external systems.
• Work with APIs, databases, cloud services, message queues, and flat file integrations.
• Build and maintain data mappings and transformations for real-time and batch data flows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise integrations to ensure reliability and performance.
• Contribute to integration standards, documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
