The Co-operative Bank Limited is seeking an experienced Programme Lead to drive the establishment of our Insurance Programme from inception to a delivery-ready state. Based at our Wellington Head Office, you will unify regulatory change, product simplification, partner implementation and operational readiness into a concise plan.

You will bring strong delivery leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful customer and business outcomes in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programmes or projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, dependency management and governance capabilities.
• Experience working with external vendors or implementation partners.
• Ability to influence, communicate and deliver outcomes in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of the Insurance Programme into a delivery-ready state.
