The Co-operative Bank Limited is seeking a switched on Business and Projects Planning Analyst in Wellington for a 15-month fixed term. You will work with Programme Leads, Project Managers and Business Leads to shape initiatives from concept through delivery, mapping changes across people, process and systems, and ensuring development-ready requirements with clear acceptance criteria.

You will bring strong requirements gathering, data analysis, and stakeholder facilitation skills, supporting

Qualifications

Strong requirements gathering and acceptance criteria writing.
Data analysis including mapping, profiling and reconciliation.
Experience mapping customer, operational or system processes.
Ability to link regulatory obligations to business requirements and controls.
Confident working with systems, integrations, reporting and testing.
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

Support shaping initiatives from concept to delivery within Enterprise Portfolio and Change Management.
Identify what needs to change across people, process, systems and data.
Ensure requirements are development ready with clear acceptance criteria.
