Job summary

Datacom Wellington is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the technical delivery of large-scale data platform and BI solutions. You will design, implement and own delivery of robust Data Platform and Insight solutions, collaborating with client stakeholders and internal leaders.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate extensive EDW/ETL experience, strong Snowflake or Databricks skills, and deep knowledge of Power BI, Python, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in EDW design and implementation is expected.
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in ETL architecting and design is expected.
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in data modelling (Star schema & Snowflake schema) is expected.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in semantic layer development is expected.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Power BI is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of large-scale data platform and BI solutions.
• Design, implement and own delivery of robust Data Platform and Insight solutions.
• Communicate with client stakeholders and internal teams; provide thought leadership on data management and integration.
