Job summary

Endress+Hauser in Auckland is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to join our NZ team. The role focuses on technical guidance for customers in Chemical, Oil & Gas sectors and driving revenue through strategic account management.

Based in Auckland, you will apply instruments knowledge, assist with quotations and proposals, and forecast opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary level education (e.g. chemical engineering or related science).
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical background in process instrumentation.
• CRM experience would be highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on Endress+Hauser products for Chemical, Oil & Gas industries.
• Offer application-based recommendations for flow, level, pressure, temperature and liquid analysis instruments.
• Develop and implement account plans, forecasts and reports.
• Manage high-value customer accounts and contribute to revenue growth and retention.
• Present best-fit solutions to customers and communicate delivery timeframes.
