Job summary

The University of Auckland is seeking an Innovation Hub & Operations Specialist to oversee CIE’s hubs, systems and events. This 12-month fixed-term role supports parental leave cover and focuses on data, reporting and process improvements within a dynamic university environment.

You will work across the Centre, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and you’ll develop dashboards and reporting to support planning and performance insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project coordination and programme support within a busy environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with data, dashboards and reporting, including turning data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation and utilisation of CIE’s innovation hubs.
• Coordinate systems, resources and logistics for programmes and events.
• Identify improvements to processes, systems and ways of working.
• Develop and refine data systems, dashboards and reporting.
• Produce high-quality data and reporting to inform planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with University teams to align data practices.
