Job summary

The University of Auckland is seeking an Innovation Hub & Operations Specialist for a 12‑month fixed‑term, full‑time role to support CIE’s hubs, systems and activities. You’ll help run programmes, events and stakeholder activities while advancing data and reporting capabilities.

You’ll move between hands‑on operations and data work, building relationships across teams to improve processes and ensure data quality. A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project coordination, programme support or a similar role within a busy and complex environment.
• Ability to develop and improve data systems, dashboards and reporting approaches.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operation and utilisation of CIE’s hubs, including Unleash Space.
• Coordinate operational systems, resources and logistics for programmes, workshops and events.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes, systems and ways of working.
