Responsibilities

• Load and unload the service vehicle to complete daily assignments.
• Perform cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets according to job specs and client policies.
• Provide and maintain hygiene products (toilet paper, towels, soap, sanitisers, bins, air fresheners).
• Address hygiene risks and client concerns to improve environments.
• Complete service reports documenting services performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Stay aware of client needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards.

In this role, you will be out in the field delivering hygiene and cleaning services, helping customers solve problems and keeping their sites running smoothly. Key responsibilities:

• Load and unload the service vehicle effectively to complete daily assignments
• Perform cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets according to job specifications and client policies
• Provide and maintain hygiene products, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, sanitisers, sanitary bins and air fresheners
• Address hygiene risks and client concerns to enhance work environments
• Complete service reports to document services performed
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times
• Stay aware of client needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards

A successful candidate will have:
