Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload the service vehicle to complete daily assignments.
• Perform cleaning in washrooms and public toilets per job specs and client policies.
• Provide and maintain hygiene products (toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, sanitisers, sanitary bins, air fresheners).
• Address hygiene risks and client concerns to improve environments.
• Complete service reports documenting services performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour.
• Stay aware of client needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards.

Rentokil Initial is looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Hygiene Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be out in the field delivering hygiene and cleaning services, helping customers solve problems and keeping their sites running smoothly. A great fit for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and great customer interactions.

This role is Monday to Friday, covering all Auckland Region. We provide a work vehicle to support your daily travel.

Key responsibilities:

• Load and unload the service vehicle effectively to complete daily assignments
• Perform cleaning services in washrooms and public toilets according to job specifications and client policies
• Provide and maintain hygiene products, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, sanitisers, sanitary bins and air fresheners
