Job summary

ConsultANZ in Wellington, NZ seeks an experienced Programme Manager to join a major infrastructure company delivering large projects. You will lead and maintain programmes and schedules within the project controls team.The role focuses on planning, scheduling, EVM, SRA, 4D planning; you’ll collaborate with project teams and use Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI; a strong communication mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience on infrastructure or major projects.
• Strong skills in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI.
• Good understanding of EVM and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
• Experience with 4D planning tools such as Synchro 4D or Asta.
• Strong communication and thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain project programmes and schedules for infrastructure projects.
• Track project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Support earned value management (EVM) and reporting.
• Assist with schedule risk analysis and forecasting.
• Work closely with project teams to keep plans accurate.
• Support 4D planning and coordination work.
