We are looking for a passionate infant kaiako who wants to be part of a happy, high-functioning team where children genuinely come first. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurturing, calm and enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about infant education. Beginning teachers are warmly encouraged to apply.
Our infant practice is grounded in warm, responsive relationships, primary caregiving, respectful practice and consistency. Our philosophy embraces whanaungatanga, social and emotional competence, and the environment as the third teacher. Knowledge of attachment theory, brain development, RIE and Pikler principles is valued, alongside a willingness to learn, reflect and grow.
You’ll be a team player and people person who communicates well, builds strong partnerships with whānau, is flexible and adaptable, and shares our commitment to going the extra mile to provide an outstanding standard of care and education.
