Silver Fern Farms is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our engineering team in Hāwera. You will perform hands-on electrical maintenance, repairs and improvements on a large industrial site, participate in projects, and install new equipment while ensuring root-cause problem solving and teamwork.

Applicants should hold a relevant trades qualification and NZ EWRB registration. Experience in FMCG or similar production environments is advantageous; strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Relevant trades qualification and full NZ EWRB electrical registration.
• Experience with large industrial processing site beneficial.
• Ability to diagnose faults and implement timely solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
• Able to work in sole charge and within a maintenance team.

Responsabilités

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on a large industrial site.
• Be involved in projects and installation of new site equipment; support a wide range of electrical applications.
• Analyse faults and implement root-cause solutions first time; communicate findings to the team.
