Job summary

Ballance Agri-Nutrients – Invercargill site is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability on a manufacturing line.

The role requires NZ registration with an Electricians Practising Licence, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a site environment. Relocation or site-based arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• NZ Registered with current NZ Electricians Practicing License.
• Experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing site.
• Ability to work unsupervised under pressure.
• Applying precision maintenance tactics to maintain fixed plant assets & equipment through planned Preventative & Corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of working with modern maintenance management systems.
• Clear professional communications in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and solving electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime.
