Advanced Personnel Services Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the Manukau / East Tāmaki team and build a desk across Auckland’s busiest manufacturing, logistics and warehousing markets. This genuine 360 recruitment role focuses on labour hire, client relationships, business development and high-volume recruitment.

You’ll own your desk, develop new business, manage client relationships, and recruit for high-volume temp and permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment, labour hire or high-volume staffing.
• Experience across industrial sectors like manufacturing, logistics or warehousing.
• Proven ability to build client networks and recruit quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop your desk across East Tāmaki, Manukau and wider Auckland industrial markets.
• Develop new business and grow your client network.
• Manage relationships across manufacturing, logistics and warehousing.
• Recruit for high-volume temporary and permanent roles.
• Source, screen, interview and place quality candidates.
• Build candidate pipelines for repeat and urgent requirements.
• Visit client sites and understand workforce needs.
• Meet KPIs and commercial targets in a fast-moving environment.
