Job summary

WEG seeks a dynamic internal sales professional for our West Auckland office, focusing on customer service and technical product solutions for industrial electrical equipment. You will support both internal and external customers, promote products, and help grow long-term relationships with industrial clients.

Ideal candidates have technical know-how in low voltage motors, exposure to high voltage motors and drives, and a background in solution selling within an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical or mechanical products to address technical inquiries.
• Experience in industrial applications of low voltage electric motors; knowledge of high voltage motors, VSDs and soft starters is a plus.
• Proven customer support experience handling technical inquiries and providing clear solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support External Sales Representatives and assist with sales efforts.
• Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers for long-term partnerships.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in-person.
• Process orders, forms and applications accurately and maintain records.
