Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical aptitude is essential for addressing technical inquiries.
• Strong experience with industrial low voltage motors and product knowledge.
• Experience with high voltage motors, VSDs, and soft starters is advantageous.
• Demonstrated customer-support experience, especially in technical inquiries and solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Support External Sales Representatives and assist the sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers for long-term partnerships.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions; promote products.
