Job summary
Ballance Agri-Nutrients in Invercargill is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to ensure reliable operation of the manufacturing line’s electrical assets. You will troubleshoot faults quickly to minimise downtime and perform planned preventative and corrective maintenance.
Key requirements include NZ Electricians Practicing License, site experience, and the ability to work unsupervised under pressure.
Qualifications
- NZ Registered with current NZ Electricians Practicing License.
- Experience as an Industrial Electrician on a manufacturing site.
- Ability to work unsupervised under pressure during equipment breakdowns.
- Apply precision maintenance to fixed plant assets via preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Collaborate with Reliability, Production and National Support teams to improve availability.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime.
- Maintain and repair electrical assets on the manufacturing line.
- Work with cross-functional teams to eliminate defects and extend asset lifecycles.
- Apply root cause methodology to drive improvements in reliability.
