Fisher & Paykel Appliances Ltd in Auckland is seeking a Procurement Specialist - Indirect to support Global Category Managers with sourcing, supplier onboarding and catalogue content in GEP. You will manage master data accuracy and pricing to ensure easy on-contract purchasing for stakeholders.

Strong Excel and catalogue skills are essential; experience with GEP or a similar P2P platform is preferred. This hybrid role offers exposure across global procurement and NZ operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with RFQ/tender processes and supplier onboarding.
• Ability to create and maintain catalogue content and pricing.
• Strong master data accuracy and spend/catalogue tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide execution support to Global Category Managers.
• Coordinate sourcing activity, supplier onboarding and catalogue content.
• Maintain master data and pricing to enable on-contract purchasing.
• Support RFQs, onboarding and buying-desk coordination.
