Job summary

Fisher & Paykel in Auckland, NZ, is hiring a P2P Adoption & Enablement Specialist on a fixed 12-month term. You will partner with stakeholders and suppliers to strengthen adoption of our global Procure-to-Pay platform and ensure No PO No Pay readiness during go-live.

Working with the P2P Systems Specialist, you will deliver hands-on enablement, coaching and learning waves, remove friction, and help embed standard buying channels into BAU.

Qualifications

• Experience in P2P, shared services, AP-adjacent or procurement operations where adoption or process quality mattered.
• Hands-on with a P2P or ERP platform and can coach others on channels, requisitions, POs or portal steps.
• Experience enabling No PO No Pay readiness and pre-go-live data cleansing or BAU handover.

Responsibilities

• Engage users and suppliers with clarity and credibility to improve portal adoption and PR/PO quality.
• Coach quality at the point of raise and surface catalogue gaps for fixes.
• Deliver learning waves under the Systems lead and complete a clean handover so adoption lasts beyond the term.
