Job summary

Red Badge Group in Auckland is seeking reliable Retail Security Patrol Guards for Westgate. The role combines vehicle patrols and on-site security across a busy retail environment. You will maintain a visible presence, build relationships with retailers and site stakeholders, and respond to incidents, alarms and requests for assistance.

We offer day and night shifts on a 12-hour roster, competitive weekly pay and ongoing training, with a focus on independence and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• COA certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Full NZ driver’s license required.
• Professional, clean and tidy presentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
• Must stay focused during extended patrols.
• Physically fit for patrol duties.
• Available to work at least one weekend day per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular vehicle patrols across the site.
• Scan patrol checkpoints and record activity.
• Foster professional relationships with retailers and stakeholders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and requests for assistance.
• Monitor site activity and report security concerns.
• Work independently while maintaining high service standards.
